But what a good looking Silvia. I love butcher sausages, I will dare to make them.

        Juan Fernandez said

You cut some finite potatoes like for an omelette and put them in the varoma, they are done at the same time and they are delicious

     Carmen said

This recipe has enchanted me for its simplicity, also a different way of eating longanizas, thank you very much!

     Lola said

Hello, once the butterfly is put on it is not removed until the end, right?

Thanks for the page, it's great

        Elena said

Hello Lola, indeed, the butterfly is left until the end. It is so that the sausages do not break. I hope you like them. All the best.

        Silvia said

If Lola, the butterfly when putting it is no longer removed until the recipe is finished. Try them they are very good

     Suzanne said

I have prepared them but for tomorrow to eat and they look great….

Susana, I hope you like them. You will tell me. All the best.

        Silvia said

Susana, they are very good for sure that you love to accompany them with white rice or with a salad and you already have the food.
      All the best

     Sheila said

Hello, I have tried these sausages and they are very good, but I would like to know what wine you use. A hug and thanks for your recipes since I only used the thermomix for my girl's purees… .. ah, a question, does the cup always have to be put in all the recipes?

        Silvia said

Sheila, the truth is that I am not a very expert in wines and for recipes to pour white wine I usually use any that I have at home that they have given us and if I have to buy it it is usually cheap, I do not put any special.
The cup does not always have to be on if it is with sauces or something that you want to evaporate or thicken, the cup would not be put.

     Julie said

Hello …… I wanted to know if it is done the same with chistorra? Thanks.

        Silvia said

Julie, I have never tried it with chistorras, but surely they are also very good. If you dare tell us.

Very good, I love everything you do, you always give me ideas for the next day's meal, thanks for your recipes.

     Juan said

    Hello,

I was thinking of making the sausages and by the way, two panga fillets that I have defrosting, could it be done at the same time by putting the fish in the varoma, right? Would it be valid with the last 15 minutes or do I also put the previous 10?

Thank you very much, you are the best 😉

        Silvia said

We think that you would do well with 15 minutes, because panga fillets are usually finite, but if you want to put 20 minutes and make sure they are.

     Maria del Mar Dominguez said

I would like to know if all the recipes that you put are also valid for the thermomix tm21 I say it because of the spoon mode that I do not know how it is put in this model

        Virtues said

Hello Maria del Mar. In the tm21, the bucket speed is speed 1 with the throttle on.

     Dew said

Is the Varoma speed the same as in the thermomix 21?

        Irene Arcas said

Indeed Rocío Varoma temperature is the same in model 21 and 31. Greetings.

     Mari said

Ummm I'm doing them and what a smell !! Thank you for the recipe!!

Thanks Mari! They are delicious, really. Sure they have been phenomenal. 🙂

     carmen said

Hi, I'm doing them right now. Before I used to make them in the pan even though I had a thermomix but I think from now on I will do it in it

        Ascen Jimenez said

How good Carmen, that's how you get the most out of it. Thanks for writing to us.

      Thanks to you Ismael! 🙂

Hello!! I have cooked this recipe twice and the longanizas have become too rosy… so in the end I had to take out the pan and brown them. … I have the new thermomix, TM5… is it possible that this recipe is only for the previous versions? ? All the best!

     Sensi said

Good afternoon ... my husband does not like wine at all. My question is if it has too much wine flavor, or does it evaporate well and it is tasty but without tasting too much like wine? Let's see if any of those who have done it can answer me. Maybe I could also add less, right?

        Irene Arcas said

Hello Sensi, I am not a wine lover either and I think they are very rich and tasteless of wine. Anyway, if you want, you can put 75% wine and 25% water or even 50% -50%, so you sure don't notice it. You will tell us!

     Zoraida said

Perfect, they have turned out spectacular !!
    Thank you for the recipe!!

     Kinta said

I have made the recipe and it is phenomenal, thank you very much Silvia

        Irene Arcas said

      Thanks to you Kinta!

     Alexander Candela said

In the thermomix 5 the wine has evaporated completely and has run out of onion. That is if they are good in flavor and well done.

        Irene Arcas said

Hello Alejandro, if this recipe is designed for the TM31, did you put it at varoma temperature or 120 degrees? Anyway, next time you can try to make them in a temperature of 100 degrees. Thanks for writing to us!!

     Alejandro said

Sorry I saw my message. Ran out of sauce. I set it to varoma. Should I drop it to 120? Thanks!

     Diego Lezcano said

Hi, I had to take out the sausages because they were destroying me. Maybe it depends on the type of sausage? Thanks to see how they taste finished in casserole.

     Beatriz said

Very good! My boyfriend loves sausages, but not much to me… I had twelve in the fridge and I have encouraged myself to make this recipe (I recently had the thermomix) they have been delicious and we both loved it, so I I keep this recipe because I know I will make it more times ...
