This is a simple recipe, very rich and tasty. The days that I don't really want to cook or that I do not have much time I like to make these types of recipes that are easy to make, quick (it is done in 3/4 of an hour) and which are also very complete.

Last weekend my daughters asked me macaroni to eat, but I wanted to make them differently. I remembered that I had seen in a Thermomix Magazine a recipe for macaroni and tenderloin with a delicious pint.

At first, since it has a lot of pepper, I thought that My little daughter I would put a few hits, but on the contrary, they both liked them a lot.

You can also add some frankfurter sausages chopped at the same time as the pieces of back and they are perfect in this dish.

In addition, the marinated loin can be substituted for Moorish skewers meat.

100 g onion
100 g of red pepper
120 g of leeks (only the white part)
50 g olive oil
350 g of marinated pork loin cut into pieces
50 g of white wine
250 g of fried tomato
800 g of water
1 drizzle of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
350 g macaroni
1 pinch of ground white pepper (optional)
100g grated Parmesan cheese or other cheese

The first thing is to weigh the pasta, for this we press the button "scale" and we toss the macaroni in the glass until it weighs 350 g. We reserve in a bowl or deep plate.
In the glass, add the onion, leeks and pepper, cut into large pieces.

We program 4 seconds, at speed 4. We lower the remains that have remained on the walls and on the lid of the glass towards the blades, with the help of the spatula.

We reschedule 3 seconds, at speed 4 and we also lower the remains that have remained on the walls and on the lid of the glass.
We place the butterfly on the blades, add the oil and program 6 minutes, varoma temperature and speed 1.
Add the pieces of loin, the white wine and the tomato. We program 10 minutes, temperature 100º and speed 1.
We remove the butterfly from the blades and pour the contents of the glass into a source. We cover it to keep it warm.
Without washing the glass, we add the water and a splash of oil. We program 10 minutes, temperature 100º and speed 1.
Add the salt and reserved macaroni through the jar and program the time indicated on the macaroni package (I usually put 10 minutes), temperature 100º and speed 1.
We drain the pasta with the help of the basket and mix it with the reserved meat in the source.
Sprinkle a little pepper (optional) and grated cheese on top.
We serve immediately.
