Thermomix Fideuรก recipe

This Fideua It was a bit of an invention of my mother that we did one of those days when they came to see their granddaughters and she didn't really know what to prepare for lunch. We did it mixed with chicken pieces and prawns, and the result was that we all loved it.

This fideuรก does not have excessive ingredients, it did not have and, apart from the chicken and prawns that I have already mentioned, it has pasta, basic vegetables and basic broth.

The truth is that there is nothing like the experience of a good cook, who is not a good one who has everything, but one who knows how to do everything with what she has. Thanks mom for your advice!

      Irene, with the TM-21 you can also make the recipe when it says to crush it on speed 3 and 1/2. And when it says turn to the left, spoon speed, with the TM-31 you have to do it by putting the butterfly on the blades and speed 1. The rest is the same.

      Yolanda, we have the TM-31 so most of our recipes are for that model, although you can make the vast majority, changing only a few things.
      When we say: "left turn, spoon speed", you must put the butterfly on the blades and speed 1. When we say crush at 5, you must crush at 3 1/2. Those are some of the changes you need to make.

      Alicia, I usually use crushed natural tomato and leave the cup in the sauce so that it does not dry out too much. You can add a little more liquid and sometimes it also depends on the brand of fideuรก, some brands absorb more liquid than others.
