Tagliatelle with chicken and curry sauce

Preparation

1. Place the chopped chicken in a bowl with the paprika and oil. Mix well and set aside.

2. We put the garlic and onion in the Thermomix bowl. We program 3 seconds, speed 8. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

3. We add the apple and the butter. We program 5 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

4. Add the white wine. Place the basket on the lid (without the cup) and set the time. 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

5. Now we add the meat broth, the cream and the curry.

   We place the chicken inside the basket and place the basket in its position, inside the glass. We program 15 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

   We can take advantage of this time to cook the tagliatelle in a saucepan with plenty of water, following the manufacturer's instructions. When they're cooked, drain the water (which won't be useful) and place them in a large dish (this will be the same dish we'll use to place the chicken and, later, the sauce).

6. Once the programmed time is up, mix the chicken with the spatula and continue cooking for a few more minutes by programming 10 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

7. We take out the basket. We place the chicken in the dish and pour what will become the sauce into the glass. We program 20 seconds, speed 6 to crush.

8. Pour the sauce we just prepared over the chicken and pasta and mix with a spatula. Serve immediately.
