We continue with the strawberries. It is still at a great price and is an ideal fruit for preparing colorful and simple desserts like today's: some strawberry and mascarpone cups.

First we are going to macerate the strawberries and, with the juice they release, we will bathe the cakes. We will prepare the mascarpone cream in the glass. You'll see, it's very simple.

For the base I have used sponge cakes but you can replace them with pieces of Homemade cake if you have any at home.

A very easy to prepare and very delicious dessert.

Ingredients

200 g strawberries, cut into pieces
60 g of sugar
60 g lemon juice
1 egg
250 g of mascarpone
4 tailbone biscuits

Music

We wash and chop the strawberries. We put them in a bowl with 30 g of sugar and lemon juice. We mix and let it marinate.
We place the butterfly in the glass. We put the egg and 30 g of sugar in the glass. We set up programming 3 minutes, 37º, speed 4. We remove the butterfly from the blades.
We add the mascarpone and program 1 minute, speed 3.
We prepare 4 glasses. We cut the cakes into pieces and distribute them among the four glasses.
Strain the strawberries, reserving the juice. With a spoon, we distribute that juice between the four glasses so that it coats the cakes.
We put the strawberries inside the glass and mix delicately with the spatula.
We pour the cream into the glasses. We let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and we are ready.
