Today I wanted to show you one of my favorite shakes I usually get ready on the weekends, mid-morning, when I get home from the gym to play sports. It is a unique supply of vitamins. Of course, I recommend you take it as you prepare it because if time passes it begins to oxidize and thicken excessively.
This recipe is perfect for those of you who are starting with Thermomix, for those of you who are dietFor those of you who do not like fruit too much (and thus you will have a good portion), for children and for those who are lactose intolerant, I know that it is perfect with Kaiku brand products.

Properties of the strawberry and banana smoothie
The fruit always has to be inside a balanced and healthy diet. So, in this case we are left with two of the main ones. On the one hand we have the strawberries that are the great protagonists. In addition to having folic acid, they also have numerous vitamins such as B9 and B11. They are rich in calcium and also in antioxidants. In addition, they are perfect for the eyes and for our bone health. Without forgetting that they are anti-inflammatory and will fight bad cholesterol.
On the other hand, bananas are also not far behind in vitamins. They have A, C, B1, B2 and B6. Have also minerals like potassium, iron, or zinc, among others. It should be noted that it also has carbohydrates. So we are combining two perfect fruits to take care of our body and with low caloric intake. The strawberry and banana smoothie will be perfect to take as a snack or snack and without having any regrets about it. It is a satiating drink and at the same time it will eliminate toxins from your body. What more can we ask for?

After knowing that we are facing one of the most natural drinks and with great contribution, we have another question to solve. If you are wondering if it helps you lose weight, we answer yes. That is, it will not provide you with more calories, always within a healthy diet. We can say that 100 grams of banana will provide about 89 calories. While strawberries, for every 100 grams they will leave us 33 calories. Always add skim milk to your shake and remove the sugar. You can substitute it for half a tablespoon of honey or simply add a little cinnamon for flavor.
As we have mentioned, it is satiating. So with a glass of the strawberry and banana smoothie we will be giving the body numerous amounts of vitamins and minerals, with very few calories. For all this, it is essential to take between meals, when your body asks you for some kind of snack. Of course, always keep a balanced diet and of course, do some kind of physical activity.
