Strawberry Nutella

This strawberry-flavored cream is an excellent option to use as filling for cakes or spread on your favorite bread or biscuits. Why is this recipe so wonderful? Because it has that base of roasted hazelnuts, along with white chocolate and real strawberries to enhance the flavor we want to achieve.

With our Thermomix we can make this cream with complete confidence, as its mixer processes with total efficiency and allows us to obtain a creamy and oily paste in its first stepYou can use this delicious spread like any other spread on bread and in any dessert you can think of.

To make it more malleable once it's solidified, simply heat it briefly in the microwave and give it a few turns. We also have our homemade chocolate creamto enjoy the best in our sweets.

Delicious spreadable cream with toasted hazelnuts and strawberries.

Ingredients

  • G strawberries 175
  • 145 g icing sugar
  • 200 g of roasted hazelnuts
  • 200 g white chocolate

Music

  1. In our Thermomix bowl, we place 200g of white chocolate, broken into pieces by hand. We program 2 minutes, 90º at speed 1 to melt it. If it doesn't melt, program for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove the chocolate from the bowl, set it aside, and clean the bowl.

  2. Add 200g of roasted hazelnuts to the bowl and program 1 minute at speed 6 to 8 gradually. We push the remaining crushed food to the bottom of the bowl and program it again. 1 minute, speed 8.

  3. We need to repeat this step several more times, until we get an oily or buttery paste. Add 175g of washed strawberries and 145g of icing sugar, and program 30 seconds at speed 6.

  4. We add the 200g of melted white chocolate and mix, programming 1 minute at speed 4.

  5. At this point, we can add a few drops of red coloring to the consumer's taste; it is not added in our recipe, but it can be done for a better presentation.
