A super interesting dish today: sole poppies stuffed with crab covered with potato chips. It has a very long and very complex name, but it is very simple and delicious!! It's good for any weekend meal, and if you have guests at home... even better! because they will be left with their mouths open.

We will proceed as follows:

  • First of all, we are going to prepare some sole fillets, which we will ask the fishmonger to remove the skinless fillets for us.
  • The filling: garlic, onion, peppers and crab sticks.
  • The topping: potato chips with paprika, a great idea to make toppings crunchy!

A very colorful fish dish, these sole popietas stuffed with crab with potato chip topping are a real delight. Surprise your guests by preparing this great dish.

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless sole fillets (with or without skin)
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 25 g of red pepper
  • 25 g of green pepper
  • 25 g onion
  • 6 crab sticks
  • 3 large tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 70g potato chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika

Preparation

  1. Season the sole fillets with salt and pepper and set aside.

  2. We put the potatoes and paprika in the glass and program 5 sec., speed 5. We put in a bowl and reserve.

  3. Without washing the glass, we add the oil, garlic, peppers, onion and a pinch of salt. We crush 5 sec., speed. 5 and we program 8 min., temp. 120º, speed. cuch

  4. We add the crab sticks, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper and program 5 sec., spd. 4. 

    We remove to a bowl and reserve.

  5. We preheat the oven to 190º.

  6. We stuff the sole fillets with the crab filling and roll them on themselves. We pierce them with a wooden toothpick so that they do not open.

  7. When we have finished rolling all the fillets, we dip them in the crispy potatoes and place them standing on a baking tray.

  8. Bake 15 minutes at 190º.

    We plate immediately.

Notes

We can accompany it with whatever we like the most. In our case, we took advantage of turning on the oven to put some potatoes in very thin slices.
