we have some cute skull shaped cookies. Is it so made from almond and butter for a special flavor, and with a special theme for Halloween.
With our robot we will knead the dough easily and in just two minutes. Then we will stretch it and wait for it to gain consistency inside the refrigerator.
All that remains is to cut them in a few simple steps to give them the shape of a skull, bake them and prepare them and Strawberry jam to enjoy them twice as much.
Almond and butter skull cookies

Ingredients
- 190 g of wheat flour
- 110 g of sugar
- 100g softened or softened butter
- 90 g of ground almonds
- 1 egg L
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Strawberry jam
- Sugar eyes for decoration
Preparation
In the glass we add all the ingredients: 190 g of flour, 110 g of sugar, 100 g of softened butter, 90 g of ground almonds, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. We program it 2 minutes at kneading speed.
Prepare a table with two sheets of baking paper. Place the dough on one of the sheets, form a ball and cover with the other sheet of paper. Gently roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 1,5 cm thick.
You will notice that it is super easy to do it this way so that the dough does not stick to the rolling pin. We place the dough with the papers on a tray and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
We take it out of the fridge and we are going to give it the shape of the skull. We will need a round cutter and a wide nozzle with a wide and smooth opening. We will cut the cookies with the round mold.
We cut the sides to give it the shape of the face.
With the help of the nozzle, we will make the eyes and a small hole to simulate the mouth.
To make identical replicas of cookies, we can place one cookie on top of the other to make the same cutouts.
Place the cookies on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180º and when it is hot, put them in for about 10 minutes.
Once baked and cooled, we fill them with strawberry jam. We decorate them with powdered sugar and some decorated sugar eyes.
