Salad with mussels

Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 120 g carrot, diced
  • 80 g frozen peas
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g pickled mussels in somewhat large pieces
  • 80g canned and cooked red pepper
  • 60 g of pitted or anchovy-stuffed olives
  • 2 small cans of tuna (well drained)
  • 300 g of mayonnaise sauce (see recipe)
  • Sal Island

Music

  1. We prepare the 400g of diced potatoes, and do the same with the 120g of well-washed and diced carrots. We prepare the Varoma container and place the ingredients on top.

  2. Add the 600 ml of water to the mixing bowl and place the basket inside, placing the 4 eggs inside. Place the Varoma in position and program. 28 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.

  3. Once the cooking time is over, remove the Varoma container and remove the eggs, placing them under cold water. Let the potato and carrot cool. Season to taste.

  4. Peel the 4 eggs and place them in the mixing bowl with the olives, 80g of canned red pepper, and 200g of pickled mussels. Chop them. 2 seconds, speed 4.

  5. In a bowl, combine all the chopped ingredients and the flaked tuna. Add 250g of mayonnaise and stir by hand. To make the mayonnaise recipe with Thermomix, we have the recipe here. link.

  6. To serve, we place portions of the salad with several spoons. Place a little mayonnaise on top to decorate. We also place a mussel on top.
