After some tests, this is the dessert that I propose today: rice pudding with curd.

I have made the rice pudding taking into account one of my favorite recipes: rice pudding with orange. It can be flavored or not, depending on your tastes, with orange or lemon peel.

Once done we will add an envelope of curd, dissolved in milk. We will then put it in glasses with caramel so that, when it is unmolded, it looks like a flan.

I have not added sugar to the rice pudding because the curd is sugary and because I already have the sugar from the candy. But if you are very sweet, it is best to add a couple of tablespoons of sugar to the rice pudding.

A most original dessert that tastes like rice pudding.

Ingredients

100 g of rice
750 g milk (plus 50 g to dissolve the curd powders)
1 envelope of curd
4 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

We put the rice and milk in the glass. We program 40 minutes, 90º, speed 0,5.
When the programmed time is up, put about 50 g of milk in a cup or glass. Pour the curd envelope into it and mix with a spoon until the powders are well dissolved.
We pour that mixture into the Thermomix glass. We program 5 minutes, 90º, speed 0,5.
We prepare the caramel by putting 4 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan. We put it on the heat and let the caramel form.
We prepare about 7 or 8 small cups or flaneras. We put a little caramel at the base of each one. On top of the caramel we pour the rice pudding and curd mixture.
Let it cool for a few minutes at room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator.
After a few hours it will be ready to serve.
