Quick vegetable stew

Although the temperatures begin to rise a legume stew like today is irresistible. At least in my house where the children, after eating pasta every day at school, get excited when they see a spoonful plate.

Ingredients

• 50 g onion
• 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon (dessert) of paprika
• 90 g carrot, peeled in large pieces
• 270 g potato peeled in large pieces
• 50 g leek
• 600 g of water
• 1 hoja de laurel
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 400 g of canned legumes (200 g of chickpeas and 200 g of white beans)

Preparation

1. We put the onion and oil in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 5. Next we program 4 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

2. Add the paprika and program 1 minute, varoma temperature, speed 1.

3. We fit the butterfly into the glass. We put in it the carrot, the potato, the leek, the water, the bay leaf and the garlic cloves. We program 22 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

4. Once the programmed time is finished, we incorporate the legume and program 6 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.
