Plum Cake Lime with Chia

Preparation

1. In our glass we place the butterfly. We add the 4 eggs and 120 g of sugar. We program 6 minutes, 37° at speed 4. After the shake, we program it again 6 minutes at speed 4, but without temperature.

2. We heat the oven to 200°, with heat up and down. In the glass we add: the teaspoon of vanilla extract, the teaspoon of baking powder, the natural yogurt, the 3 tablespoons of chia seeds and the 105 g of sifted wheat flour. We program 5 seconds at speed 3.

3. We prepare a rectangular plum cake type mold. We spread it with two tablespoons of butter and add the sprinkled wheat flour. We distribute the flour well and shake off the excess. We incorporate the cake mixture into the mold. We put the mold in the middle of the oven and let it bake for approximately 20 minutes. We will know that the cake is ready when we insert a needle or similar and when it comes out clean it should come out clean.

4. We prepare the syrup to moisten the cake. First we zest the two limes and set aside the zest. We squeeze the two limes and mix it with the two tablespoons of sugar. We take the cake and pierce it with a stick. We add the syrup and let it penetrate the areas that we have pierced.

5. We prepare the glaze: we can do it by hand, it only takes a couple of minutes. We add the two tablespoons of cream, the two tablespoons of powdered sugar and the two tablespoons of milk. We mix well until we get a smooth cream without lumps. We add it on top of the cake. We take the zest of the lime and also add it as decoration.
