110 g pumpkin

60 g of white wine
1 peeled tomato (without its liquid) cut into strips
1 teaspoon oregano

700 g of water
600 g frozen peas

Preparation

We put the leek, the pumpkin and the celery in the glass. We bite programming 5 seconds, speed 8.
We add the olive oil and the white wine. We program 8 minutes, 120º, speed 1.
Add the tomato in strips, the oregano, the water and the salt. We close the glass.
Divide the peas between the tray and the varoma container. We put it in position. We program 30 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.
We remove the varoma from its position and add the cooked peas into the glass. 5 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.
If we want the peas to have a thicker broth, we can program other 5 more minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, spoon speed.
We serve immediately.
