If you like easy and delicious desserts, be sure to try the one we propose today. It's a orange, yogurt and mascarpone dessert delicious that has nothing to envy of the “special” yogurts in supermarkets.
The yogurt is flavored with half orange skin of juice. It also has an exceptional texture, creamier and thicker, thanks to the mascarpone.
We are also going to add some peeled orange segments (supreme) and we will finish with puffed rice of chocolate. They are the same cereals that I use to prepare the cakes that you will find in this link: Cakes with Choco Krispies

A very easy dessert to prepare. Here the orange is the protagonist.

Ingredients
- The peel of half an orange (only the orange part, without the white)
- 15 g of sugar
- 250 g of unsweetened plain yogurt
- 90 g of mascarpone
- A teaspoon of honey (between 5 and 10 grams)
- The orange segments
- Chocolate puffed rice cereal (optional)
Music
Put the orange peel and sugar in the glass. we program 15 seconds, speed 10.
We add the yogurt, mascarpone and honey. We program 1 minute, speed 4.
We peel the orange closely and remove the segments with a pick so that they are left without that thin skin that citrus segments have.
We will put two or three segments in each glass. We can put them on the base (or even on the sides) and then add the yogurt cream. Another option is to put the cream first, then the segments, on the surface.
When serving, we finish our dessert by putting a teaspoon of chocolate puffed rice on the surface.
Notes
The dessert is kept in the refrigerator. The cereals are added when we are going to serve it.
