Orange cake with butter

Orange sponge cake

Today's is a orange and butter cake for which we are going to use a whole orange, chopped but unpeeled.

Crispy on the surface but at the same time very spongy, it is prepared in Thermomix following very few steps.

It is baked in a mold with a small diameter so that it's nice and tall. If your mold has a larger diameter, it'll be ready in less time. It's best to use a skewer to check if it's cooked through before removing it from the oven.

Another cake, also orange, that always turns out great is the one made with juice. I leave the link.
