Nachos with cheese and chili con carne

Mmmmm simply SPECTACULAR? Today we have a recipe for 10, yes sir Nachos with cheese and chili con carne. It is the star dinner at my house when we have guests or when we simply want to have something special and different for dinner, for example, on Friday nights. And, the best thing is that it is all totally homemade (except the nachos, which for now, we buy).

Es very simple to do because I have already prepared the chili con carne, and I keep it in tuppers and freeze it. So I only have to defrost the portion I want and that's it. Here I leave you the chili con carne recipe so you can prepare it with your thermomix and you will see what is more delicious, because you can also accompany it with tortillas and rice. If you do not want to prepare the chili con carne, you can also buy it in large supermarkets, in the international food area.

The other ingredients are very simple: pico de gallo (tomato and onion), grated cheese that melts well and sour cream (it is a sour cream that we prepare with lemon). The nachos, for this dish, I like the ones that don't have any flavor. But if you want tex-mex or cheese and cream, they would work too.

Exquisite and spectacular nachos with cheese and chili con carne. Perfect for a snack dinner with friends or family on a weekend. Homemade and delicious, it will only take you 10 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

• - 1/2 bag of nachos
• - 200 g of chili con carne (you can see the recipe here)
• - 100 g of cream
• - juice of 1/2 lemon
• - pinch of salt
• - 1 pear tomato
• - 1/8 of chives
• - chopped fresh coriander

Music

1. I like to do it with a knife because with the thermomix the tomato releases too much juice. So with a very sharp knife we ​​finely chop the tomato and chives. Put the tomato and chives in a bowl, water them with a good jet of lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a little chopped fresh coriander on top. We remove and reserve.

2. We put the 100 g of cream, a pinch of salt, the juice of the 1/2 lemon in the thermomix. We beat 10 seconds, speed 4. Reserve.

3. We put the well spread nachos in a suitable ovenproof dish. We cover them with the chili con carne well distributed and put on top in cheese.

   

   

4. We bake it quickly until the cheese melts, be careful not to burn the nachos! With about 5 minutes of oven or so it will be enough to 200º and grill.

   

5. We take it out and add the sour cream in the center and the pico de gallo around it. Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and ready to eat!
