Tuna and mushroom balls

Today we propose you delicious little balls of mushrooms and tunaPerfect for impressing on any occasion. In this recipe I've used portobello mushrooms, but you can easily use any variety you like or have on hand.

They have a mild fishy flavor, as they incorporate tuna and crab sticksand they look spectacular when paired with allioliThey are ideal as an appetizer or as a second course, served with a simple salad.

The mushrooms are pre-cooked by steaming in ThermomixNext, we prepare the dough for the little balls in the food processor, which is perfect for quickly and evenly chopping and mixing the ingredients. Finally, all that's left is to shape the balls with our hands and fry them in a non-stick pan until golden brown.
