To do it you will need baker's yeast fresh, in this case 15 grams. If what you have at home is dry baker's yeast you can also use it but in that case you will have to put 5 grams instead of 15. Keep those figures because 5 g of dry yeast correspond to 15 of pressed baker's yeast.
And when we refer to dry baker's yeast, we are not talking about the yeast that we use to make cakes. That other, that of the biscuits (called baking powder, baking powder, or propellant) is of no use to us in making bread.
