Mini-croissants with pistachio cream

Ingredients
- 1 round puff pastry sheet
For the pistachio cream:
- 100 g unsalted pistachios
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 g whole milk
- 50 g of condensed milk
- 50 butter g
To decorate:
- 1 beaten egg to brush before baking
- Icing sugar (optional)
Preparation
We pulverize the pistachios by programming 30 seconds, speed 10. Add the white chocolate and grind with a few turbo strokes. Add the milk and butter and program 8 minutes, 50º, speed 3.
When the cream cools we can fill the croissants with it (when cooling thick), putting a little bit in each portion. What is left (which will be left over because there is more than what is needed for that amount of dough) can be stored in an airtight glass jar and kept in the fridge for a few days. It can serve as an accompaniment to another dessert or even to spread on bread or cookies.
To make the most of a puff pastry sheet and make buns like these, it is best that you look at the photos below. The ones in the photo are filled with chocolate, but I only put it on you so that you can see the cut and the way to roll them.
