• 75g of rindless goat cheese
• 75 g of Philadelphia type cheese spread
• 1 handful of shelled pistachios
• 1 handful of dried cranberries
• 1 handful of currants
• Sprigs of rosemary for decoration

1. We placed the handful of shelled pistachios, dried cranberries, and currants in the bowl. We programmed it for 5 seconds at speed 7, since they must be finely chopped.
