And, on the contrary, if we are very liquid we can remove the potatoes and put them on a plate with a little of the broth. We mash it all together and we integrate it back into the lentils and let it boil without the beaker for a few minutes until it thickens.
If it still does not thicken, we have the most drastic option which is to remove all the lentils from the glass to another container, then add a few (like a ladle) and grind them for 30 seconds at progressive speed 5-7-10. Then we add the rest of the lentils and we program it for 2 minutes, varoma temperature, so that when they boil they thicken.
