Lentil cream with foie gras and slices of bread

cream-of-lentils-with-foie-and-slices-of-bread-thermorecetas

In Thermorecetas we have already shown you several different ways to prepare the lentils. They are usually simple and typical dishes of the most popular spanish cuisine.

Today's recipe has that same rustic background but we have given it a new air, that is, we have dressed it up to celebrate the end of the year.

The cream of lentils with foie can not only be served as first course. You only need to serve it in small glasses to make it a appetizer very original.

Are you up for it?

And if it is for 8?

Double the amounts except the broth and put the lentils about 35 minutes. Verify that they are done. Blend 30 seconds at speed 7 so that you have a smooth cream and add the broth as indicated in the recipe.
Serve with foie sliced โ€‹โ€‹or diced and accompanied by toasted bread.

Hello, it looks very good, but do we put the lentils raw or the cooked ones that go in a glass jar?
    Thank you

      Hello rosa:

Lentils are raw. If you put them already cooked or in a glass jar, you will have to reduce the time in point 2. I think that 5 minutes to get the flavor of the sauce will be enough. The rest all the same.

      Regards!!
