Leek and potato soup

1. We put the leek in the bowl. We program 3 seconds, speed 5. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

2. Add the olive oil and program 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

3. We add the diced potato and the rice. We program 3 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1.

4. Now add the vegetable broth and, if necessary, a little salt. Program 12 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

5. We serve our soup in bowls and, in each one, we put a little bit of hot, finely chopped stew meat.
