This recipe brings back very good memories. Part of my family is from La Mancha and, since I was little, I remember eating this dish of lean with tomatoes. It is one of the typical recipes of the area, which you will find in any restaurant and in any home. It is very simple, we only have to use a good raw material. And, of course, accompany it with some chips and a good bread to dip in the sauce. Delicious!

The ingredients They are very basic: good pork (in large pieces so they don't fall apart) and a good crushed tomato. Spices to give it that special touch that will make the sauce irresistible and that easy!

It is a good idea to leave it prepared overnight or take it to work in a tupperware. You can also freeze it to have it available whenever you need it.

      Hello Susana, I imagine that the problem was the size of the pieces of meat. Put them bigger next time, than with the left turn, it is rare that they fall apart so much ...     Yes, the meat fell apart a little, but almost that better, because that way it is juicier,
    For the next time I will be able to make larger pieces of meat so if they fall apart a little they will not be too small
