Hot chocolate shake

TO cold have done this weekend, right? I have managed to fight my cold with flu juice that I was telling you the other day. But still, I still have a sore throat and, with these cold newcomers, I crave warm, comforting drinks.

So yesterday afternoon, I did this hot chocolate shake, which is ideal to combat the cold and warm up quickly, with miel to soothe the throat and a splash of brandyI don't know if it will be true, but medicinal properties are attributed to congestion; and it gives warmth, that's for sure. But beware, the brandy for adults only. Do not use it if you are going to share with the children this warm and energizing drink.

Comforting hot chocolate shake, ideal to beat the cold and warm up quickly, with honey to soothe the throat and a splash of brandy.

Ingredients

• 75 g dark chocolate
• 1 liter of milk
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 25 ml of brandy (the brandy is to taste, you can remove it or add more)

Preparation

1. We introduce the chopped chocolate into the glass and we scratch it with a turbo blow

2. We add the milk and honey. We heat for 10 minutes, 80º, speed 5

3. Add the brandy and mix for 10 seconds, speed 3.
