Homemade Nut Cinnamon Granola

Many types of breakfasts different but I can assure you that this walnut and cinnamon granola is one of the most delicious.

Preparing a good homemade granola is simple and so satisfying that even the little ones in the house can help us weigh the ingredients and mix them.

The combination of flavors can be infinite and we can adjust it to our own tastes and needs.

As I mentioned before, you can make the combinations you want with your favorite ingredients. You can use nuts, seeds, coconut, chocolate, and fruits.

The base is usually a cereal that will provide you with nutrients to face all the morning activities. I usually use oatmeal and especially gluten-free to make it suitable for celiacs and gluten intolerant.

I go to this base adding assorted ingredients. Personally I like to add pipes, sesame or flax, walnuts or hazelnuts, dried fruit like raisins or blueberries.

Feel free to give it your personal touch with spices, like cinnamon or ginger. And of course, chocolate chips or cocoa nibs to give it a sweet spot.

Se keep very well for weeks And it's very convenient to keep it in airtight jars that are easy to open and close.

You can have your homemade granola in the breakfast and also in the snack to enrich a yogurt or apple sauce.

With these amounts, about 600 g of granola come out. The Recommended serving per person is between 25 and 40 grams. So you will get approximately 15 to 25 servings.
