Homemade Christmas broth with bread and pork loin meatballs

1. We put the Parmesan in the glass and grate it by programming 10 seconds, speed 10. We take out and reserve.

2. We put the bread in pieces in the bowl. We program 6 seconds, speed 5The bread doesn't need to be finely chopped. Transfer it to a bowl and set aside.

7. With our hands moistened with water, we form small meatballs (about 30). We distribute them between the container and the Varoma tray.

8. Wash and dry the bowl. Add the water, the diced pork loin and chicken, the diced vegetables, a few sprigs of parsley, and salt. Place the lid on and then the Varoma assembly on top. Program 30 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

9. We strain the broth and pour it into a tureen. We also add the bread dumplings and serve immediately, with breadcrumbs if desired.
