The advantage is that the only thing that we will stain to cook will be ours Thermomix with its container varoma. We will get a second course healthy and simple in record time.

Simple recipe for steamed fish and vegetables served with an original lemon emulsion. A light second dish in which we use only our Thermomix.

Ingredients

A few leaves of thyme (or another aromatic herb)
1 garlic clove
20 g lemon juice
30 g of extra virgin olive oil
Sal Island
Ground pepper
500 g of tap water
100 g sliced onion
200 g frozen peas
600 g of hake fillets
100 g cherri tomatoes, cut into halves

Music

Put the thyme and garlic in the glass. 10 seconds, speed 7. We lower with the spatula what is left on the walls.
Add the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. We program 10 seconds, speed 4. We put it in a bowl and reserve.
Place the chopped onion, peas, cherry tomatoes and hake fillets in the varoma container.
We put the water in the glass and put the varoma container in its position. We program 20 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.
At the end of the time, we carefully remove the cover of the varoma. We put the fish fillets and vegetables on a platter or on individual plates. We serve with the lemon emulsion that we made at the beginning.

Notes

It is advisable to control the steam cooking time, which will depend on the thickness of our fish fillets. [br]The hake can be frozen but we will have to defrost it in advance, before starting the recipe.[br]We will always lift the lid of the varoma container very carefully so as not to burn ourselves.
