Green beans with ham, a whole classic. When I discovered how delicious they were with the Thermomix, it is a common dish in our family menu. Juicy, tender and bathed in a sauce of onion, tomato and white wine ... delicious. We take them as incoming or as Garrison and even sometimes, when I have leftovers, I pass them through the pan with an egg on top, cover them until the egg is set andโ€ฆ voilร : I already have dinner.

With very few calories and a good supply of fiber, they are a very complete foodThey have potassium, calcium, iodine, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and vitamin C. But they are also very good.     No, Eva, it is not necessary to cook them beforehand. They are cooked in the Thermomix, during the 30 minutes that you have them at 100ยบ. Try them anyway and if you see that they are not to your liking, then program 5 more minutes at the same temperature, same speed. Although I think that with 30 minutes, you will like them, because they are very tender.

      Hi Nitadel. I have never tried to make them with frozen. It is so rich with fresh beans ... You can appreciate all its flavor and with the contrast of the ham .. mmmmh. In any case, I imagine that the cooking time will have to be reduced (put 10 minutes and the tests and if they need more, you add) and since they release some water, I suppose they will be more soupy. If you do, tell us. But if you have the chance to try it with fresh beans, don't miss all its flavor. A hug!

      Hello Ana! I followed the recipe as if they were fresh, with its half hour being made in the glass and they were very good. What I did do was remove the cup and put the basket to reduce the sauce, you know that frozen products release more water. Keep putting these delicious recipes, there are many here that we will continue to prepare!

    The tomato can be a fresh piece (a tomato or half tomato) or from a pot (crushed or those that come whole and peeled). Whenever I can, I choose fresh products, they tend to be tastier, but you can do it with the pot, yes, it is natural, it is not already fried.

    I have done it and the butterfly has been removed so it kinda discards
    Is it true that the butterfly is removed by turning to the left?
    and if I do it without turning to the left it will be good for me I have the tm5
