    Hello Ana:
Thanks for the recipe, but can you tell me where to get the tahini? I'm looking forward to doing it and I have no idea where to buy this ingredient.

Hello rosa. Look, it tells you in the recipe, at the end in the notes: in hypermarkets in the international section. A hug!

Hi Rosa, I usually make tahini at home, you only need sesame seeds and olive oil. To do this, first toast a handful of seeds in the pan, being careful not to burn them, you have to be very vigilant! Then add them to the thermomix at speed 6, I put it on for 30 seconds and I will see if it needs more time. Then I add a little olive oil and a little salt and voila! Homemade tahini !!! I hope I've helped!!
Ana has loved this variant of Hummus, I usually do it without Ginger, I'll try it next time !!!
Congratulations on the web, it's great !!! A big kiss!!!
