Nuts and coconut muesli

coconut muesli

It seems incredible that this dried fruit muesli so delicious we can prepare it at home. I have made it with hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts and cashews. I have also used a wheat syrup although you can replace it with maple syrup or even honey. Do not forget the coconut because it gives it a special touch.

Is preserved in airtight jars and it is ideal for breakfast or to take to school or the office as a snack.

If you do not want to find the whole nuts, you will only have to chop them in the glass before starting the recipe. A few seconds at speed 3 will be enough.

Speaking of nutsโ€ฆ I leave you the link to some cookies that are also delicious: crispy nut cookies.

Ascen, could you put any type of syrup and also a variety of cereals?

      Hello M Carmen,
It can be any kind of slightly natural syrupโ€ฆ I mean, other than the strawberry or caramel syrup they sell for pancakes or ice cream. In herbalists there are a lot: grain, corn...
You can also use honey or even molasses.
I hope you like it as much as I do. A kiss!
