Cucumber skull salad

We have a fun salad, made with vegetables And to enjoy with the family. It's just a matter of using your imagination a little, but you don't need to take many steps because it's very simple.

We do thin slices of cucumber and cut them into the shape of a skull. with the tip of a knife. You will only need a round cutter to make the eyes, since in our case, we used the part of a round pastry nozzle.

Ingredients

• 1 large cucumber
• 40 g olive oil
• 10 g of vinegar or lemon juice
• Sal Island
• Ground black pepper
• Lemon zest
• 1 small handful of cherry tomatoes

1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumber. Using the tip of a knife, make small, precise cuts to create the mouth shape. Cut out the eyes using something small and round. I used the round tip of a piping bag.

2. We'll also garnish or add cherry tomatoes or whatever we like to the salad. Season with salt and black pepper.

3. To season it, add 40g of olive oil and 10g of vinegar or lemon juice to our blender. Program 10 seconds at speed 4.

4. Pour over the salad and grate a little lemon zest on top. Serve.
