Today we prepare a very original first course: a cucumber cream which can be served hot, warm and cold.

A recipe that will be great for you if you have a garden (or garden) and you are now harvesting this vegetable.

With the cucumber you can prepare gazpacho, salads y lots of more recipes.

Soft original cucumber cream and very easy to make in Thermomix. We will serve it with anchovies and feta cheese.

Ingredients

For the cream:

20 g olive oil
40 g onion
1 garlic clove
250 g cucumber
250 g of water (or broth)
Ground pepper
Sal Island
100g milk
18 g flour
A splash of lemon juice

Plus:

3 anchovy fillets in oil
A few cubes of feta cheese

Music

We put the oil, onion and garlic in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 5. We lower with the spatula what has been left on the walls of the glass. We program next 2 minutes, 120º, speed 1.
We add the cucumber and program 4 seconds, speed 5. We schedule now 4 minutes, 120º, speed 1.
Add the water or broth, pepper and a little salt. We program 9 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.
Next we add the milk, flour and lemon juice. We fit the cup well and program 30 seconds, speed 5-9. We adjust the salt if we consider it necessary and program 2 minutes. 100º, speed 2.
