Dinner 10 and super fast! Crispy chicken strips in air fryer. We know that you are more and more airfryer lovers every day so we continue making recipes for this fabulous device. This time we are going to prepare some spicy chicken strips coated in cornflakes, very quick and delicious!
If you don't want to use cornflakes, panko or traditional breadcrumbs will work great.
What do I accompany it with?
As an accompaniment... we couldn't resist putting some frozen potatoes in the air fryer... we had little time and we had that craving, but it would also be great with a roasted or boiled potato. And, of course, with a salad it would have been great too. My favorite for this dish:
Perfect American Style Coleslaw Salad
Coleslaw salad of purple cabbage, apple and carrot, dressed with a seasoned mayonnaise sauce. A fresh and addictive salad.
In addition to this, I always add a good splash of lemon. I love breaded ones with a squeeze of lime or lemon. You can also add the sauces that you like the most: ketchup, tomato, aioli, mayonnaise, lactonesaise, tartar, rose...
What part of the chicken do I use?
Virtually any lean filleted part of the chicken will work for this. My recommendation is to use thigh or thigh, because I find it the juiciest. But it will be great if you have brisket or sirloins. The idea is that it is a lean chicken fillet and then you cut it into strips.
