Cream donuts and coffee

The donuts It is a sweet that fascinates us all. We have prepared these delicious snacks with simple ingredients and in just a few minutes.

With our robot we will beat the ingredients and fill the molds for donuts. It will not be necessary to knead to later form the donuts, but we will use molds with this shape because we will use the oven to make the shape of these biscuits.

What I like the most is the glaze, formed with icing sugar and a little coffee. We can do it by hand since it is very simple and then we will cover the already baked donuts. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients

Donuts

  • 250 g of wheat flour
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 120 ml of brewed coffee
  • 150 ml of cream
  • 30 g butter, melted
  • A little more butter to grease the molds

Glazed

  • 200 g icing sugar
  • A few tablespoons of brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Philadelphia type cream cheese

Music

  1. In our Thermomix glass we put all the ingredients: 250 g of wheat flour, 150 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, 6 g of baking powder, 150 ml of liquid cream, 120 ml of brewed coffee, 30 g of butter melted and 1 egg. We schedule it during 1 minute at kneading speed.

  2. We heat the oven to 180° with heat up and down.

  3. We prepare the molds for donuts, where we will grease them with butter. Pour the dough into the holes. We put it in the already hot oven, in the central part and around 8 minutes.

  4. We prepare the glaze. In a bowl we put the 200 g of icing sugar, the tablespoon of cream cheese and coffee. We are removing little by little and mixing so that the glaze is made. If it is too dry, add just one more teaspoon of coffee to avoid leaving it too liquid.

  5. When we have the donuts ready and cold, we will pour the glaze over them. We will let it dry and we can enjoy it.

Notes

I have garnished the frosting with coarse sugar.
