Today we prepare couscous with tuna, a dish that can be served alone or, as we have done at home, with fried eggs.
First we will prepare a kind of sauce tomato with tuna and olives.
Then we will heat the water with which we will hydrate the couscous inside the glass itself.
Then we will only have to mix the couscous with the tomato sauce. In the center of the dish we will put some fresh tomatoes, in pieces, with some olives and a few pieces of anchovy. And of course, some leaves basil which always add a touch of flavor and color to the dish.
