These muffins have a special flavor thanks to the cookies, perhaps that is why they are so popular with the little ones. And they are very easy to do.

Ingredients

100 g breakfast biscuits
4 eggs
170 g of sugar
100 g of liquid cream (for whipping or cooking)
230 g of sunflower oil
250 g flour
1 envelope of chemical yeast type Royal

Music

We put the cookies in the glass and crush them by programming 10 seconds, speed 10. We take out and reserve.
We put the butterfly in the glass. We put the eggs and sugar. We program 5 minutes, 37º, speed 3.
Time's up, we re-program 5 minutes, speed 3, now no temperature.
We add the cream and oil. We program 2 minutes, speed 2.
We remove the butterfly and add the crushed cookies, the flour and the yeast. We program 8 seconds, speed 6.
We put the dough in the refrigerator, where it will be at least 30 minutes.
After that time we preheat the oven to 250º. We put our dough in the paper molds that we will have to have fitted into a rigid muffin mold. We do not fill the paper molds to the top, only 3/4 parts.
In a glass we mix sugar with a few drops of water. We place that moistened sugar on each cupcake, with the help of a spoon.
When the oven has reached 250º, we lower it to 230º and we introduce our muffins. They will be in the oven at that temperature for 12 or 13 minutes, until we see that they are golden.

Notes

We can also set the oven to 220º. In that case, the muffins will need a few more minutes to bake.
