Ingredients

• 200 g of white cabbage
• 1 carrot, peeled
• 30 g sweet onion
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon of mustard
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• salt and pepper to taste
• 10-12 slices of bread
• olive oil (for toasting bread)

Preparation

1. We put the chopped cabbage, sliced ​​carrots, and onion in the glass. We blend. 5 seconds, speed 4.

2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix. 10 seconds, spd. 3. 

   We refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to take on a good consistency and allow the flavors to blend.

3. We cut slices of bread, put a splash of oil in a frying pan and toast them on both sides until they are golden and crispy.

4. Just before serving, we add a good spoonful of coleslaw on top of the bread and plate it nicely.
