I leave you a simple recipe for cod with sauce as a proposal for one of your Christmas lunches or dinners.
The cod I used was salted. You have to desalt it in advance, as you are used to doing. I have soaked it and changed the water every twelve hours, for two days. Between each water change I have kept it in the refrigerator. Of course, before putting it in water the first time, I ran it under cold running water to remove the salt from the surface.
The delicious thing about this recipe is the ketchup. Carry pinions, olives, raisins... without a doubt, a special sauce for a special occasion.
