Now back from the holidays... it's time to get back to routines... and among them is eating well, healthier and recovering our body from the Christmas excesses. And for that we propose today's recipe: cod loins with roasted peppers in an air fryer.
It is a fabulous recipe because it is prepared in less than 15 minutes, it is delicious and it is very easy To prepare. And, of course, very healthy. Perfect for these days! We will prepare it in the air fryer, so we will have practically nothing dirty and it will be prepared super quickly.
For the peppers, we have used tricolor peppers because they are delicious and give a beautiful touch of color. But, of course, you can use single color or even canned roasted red peppers.
The cod is a cod loin already desalted to its point of salt that we had frozen, we always like to have frozen cod because it is a fabulous resource to prepare a meal. It can also be salted cod that you desalt at home.
As you can see, we have added a mixture of spices on top of the loins. You can use the ones you like the most. Nowadays they sell jars with a mix of fabulous spices with some great combinations. In this case we have opted for a mixture of Italian spices such as bruschetta, pizza, pasta... spices for fish would also work.
