Preparation

1. We have to cook the cod. We will do it in a separate saucepan so that it does not crumble inside our robot. We place it skin down on a saucepan and cover it with 300 ml of water. We put it to cook, when it starts to boil, we leave it for two minutes and turn off. We move away.

2. In the Thermomix glass, pour 250 ml of olive oil. We program during 8 minutes at varoma temperature at speed 1.

3. Peel and cut the garlic into slices. We pour them into the glass and program 10 minutes at varoma temperature at speed 1. At this point you can also add the chilli.

4. Finished, we take everything out into a container. Next, so that the oil does not lose heat, we do the next step. We add the broth from catching the fish and half of the garlic that we have reserved. We schedule it during 1 minute at speed 8.

5. We remove the glass from the mouthpiece, we program 2 minutes at speed 3 and over the jug, we pour the oil, with a very fine thread and very little by little (half of the other garlic remains reserved). The idea is that it thickens like bacalo al pil pil. If we cannot get the ingredients to merge and thicken, we can always add half a teaspoon of wheat flour and program 3 minutes at 90 ° at speed 1.

6. We place the cod on a platter, we add the sliced ​​garlic that we had reserved, on top. We pour the sauce and serve. To enjoy!
