Delicious dorayakis! a Japanese idea that we will recreate with our robot. They come out spongy and are similar to American pancakes. In addition, we have added imagination, since we have placed some funny eyes for these Halloween days. Easy and simple!
We will make the dough with some simple steps, The most complicated thing can be when cooking them in the pan. You have to be very careful with the temperature so that it doesn't burn, but with a little practice you will get the hang of it.
Then we will fill them with our favorite chocolate cream and we will place those eyes on them. Children will find it a fun idea, as well as a sweet dessert or snack to share with friends. Do you dare to try them?

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 70 g of sugar
- 150 g of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 15 ml of honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- 40 ml water
- A few tablespoons of sunflower oil to cook the dorayakis
- 200 g of cocoa cream
- Decorative and edible eyes
Preparation
In our glass we add the 2 eggs, 70 g of sugar and 15 ml of honey. We mix it, programming 30 seconds at speed 3,5.
We add 150 g of wheat flour, the teaspoon of baking powder, and the pinch of salt. We beat during 10 seconds at speed 3,5.
We add 40 ml of water and program for 10 seconds at speed 3,5. Then, we let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.
Once the waiting time is up, we prepare a non-stick pan. We place it over heat or fire, but with a low temperature. For example, I have done it on the ceramic hob at number 4 (having a maximum of up to 9). The idea is that when they are cooked they do not burn, since they brown quickly on the outside without being cooked on the inside.
We let it begin to heat up and add a few drops of sunflower oil. We spread this oil throughout the pan with a paper napkin. When it is very hot, add a tablespoon of the mixture and make a circular shape. We wait about a minute for it to cook. With the help of a spatula we turn quickly and let it cook on the other side.
We make the pancakes and place them separately on a plate. We prepare the chocolate cream. If it is very thick we can put it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a very low temperature. We stir well.
We fill the dorayakis with the cream and decorate with the eyes. Ready!
