Delicious cake to be eaten almost hot. It is a real delight to take each spoonful of this chocolate coulant, since you can have sponge cake and chocolate cream.

The wonder of these cakes is the coulant is to make them in its perfect cooking point in the oven, so that its center remains liquid and has this appearance. In addition, it can be accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
