Chickpeas with tomato and cinnamon

Today I bring you a super simple recipe, but with great sentimental value. It is a dish that my mother always prepared for us at home when she prepared cooked, and thus took advantage of the chickpeas. It is about delicious chickpeas sautรฉed with onion and accompanied by a fried tomato sauce and a touch of cumin and cinnamon. Delicious as a starter!

You can also prepare it in advance and then give it a microwave touch. She always prepared it in a frying pan, but we have adapted it to the thermomix, but if the chickpeas are too tender, some can be undone during cooking. And, of course, you can also use pot chickpeas already cooked.

But the important thing is that you use the cooked ones or the pot ones, both must be super well drained.
