Ingredients

  • 500 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of cornstarch type flour
  • 120 g of sugar
  • Zest of a lemon
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of butter to spread the mold

Preparation

  1. Prepare a round baking pan. This recipe uses a silicone pan, about 18 cm in diameter. Grease it with the tablespoon of butter and set aside.

  2. In the Thermomix bowl, place the butterfly whisk, add the 4 eggs and 120g of sugar. Program, 6 minutes, 37th at speed 4. At the end of the time, we reschedule 6 minutes at speed 4, no temperature.

  3. We heat the oven to 200º with heat above and below.

  4. We add the 500 g of yogurt, 100 g of cornflour, the lemon zest and 8 g of baking powder. We program 5 seconds at speed 4.

  5. Pour the mixture into the pan and place it in the center of the oven. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Then, let it rest in the oven for 20 minutes, unopened.

  6. We take the cake out of the oven, let it cool, and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
