Ingredients

40 g onion
30 g of margarine
400 g carrot (without skin)
100 g of zucchini (without skin)
200 g of potato (weight once peeled)
700 g of water or broth
About 60 g of dried tomatoes in oil (30 for the cream and a few more to decorate)

Music

We put the onion, in pieces, in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 5. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.
We add the margarine. We program 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1, without beaker.
Add the carrot, already peeled and in pieces of approximately one centimeter. We also add the peeled and diced zucchini and the potato, also peeled and diced. We pour the water and program 25 minutes, 100º, speed 1.
We add about 30 g of dried tomatoes in oil (but drained, without the oil). We program 1 minute, speed 8.
We chop the dried tomatoes that we have not used yet. We serve the cream in bowls or plates and put a few pieces of tomato on each of the servings.
