Today we suggest some buns with pastry cream Great for breakfast or a snack. They're made with a simple brioche dough made with milk and butter.
As a filling we will put custard cream (I leave you the link to the recipe because it is prepared in Thermomix). we will fill them before baking themTo do this, divide the dough into 16 portions, roll them out into discs, and place one or two teaspoons of pastry cream in the center of each portion. Then, close the discs to form the buns.
FROM painted with beaten egg before baking. To make them even more attractive, once they're out of the oven and cool, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
