Broccoli and apple cream

Very soft, with an exceptional texture and loaded with properties. So is this simple cream broccoli with apple that I encourage you to prepare.

Smooth cream with an exceptional texture made with broccoli, apple and potato. And if we serve it with crunchy toast… it will be irresistible!

Ingredients

• 50 g onion
• 20 g of extra virgin olive oil
• 250 g broccoli
• 280 g of peeled potato
• 120 g apple, cored and unpeeled
• 450g milk
• 200 g of water
• Sal Island
• Nutmeg

To accompany

• Some parsley leaves
• Toasted bread

Preparation

1. We put the oil and the onion in the glass. We program 1 minute, varoma temperature, speed 4. Next we program 2 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.

2. Add the broccoli in bunches, the peeled potato and in pieces, the apple in pieces, the milk and the water. Holding the beaker we put the machine in vspeed 5 for 3 seconds. We schedule later 30 minutes, 100º, spoon speed and we put the castle instead of the goblet.

3. At the end of the time, we wait a little for the temperature to drop. We add the salt and the grated nutmeg. We program 20 seconds, speed 10, always with the cup on and holding it.

4. We serve the cream with pieces of toast and a few parsley leaves.
