If you are going to have guests this weekend, stay tuned because this bread crown It is a good option for your table. It is filled with tuna, olives and natural tomato, a combination of ingredients that is always a success.

Ingredients
For the mass:
- 60 g olive oil
- 220 g of water (70 g first and 150 g later)
- 20 g fresh baker's yeast
- 500 g flour
- A pinch of ground pepper
- About 8 g of salt
For the filling:
- Two cans of canned tuna (without the oil)
- About 10 pitted green olives (or pitted, but we remove them)
- 5 cherry tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces or one normal tomato, peeled and cut into pieces
Plus:
- Egg white or a little milk to paint the surface
Preparation
We put the oil, 70 g of water and the yeast in the glass. We program 2 minutes, 37º, speed 2.
Add the rest of the water (150 g), the flour, the pepper and the salt. We program 2 minutes, spike speed.
We let the dough rise in the glass or in a bowl. Mine has risen for just over an hour.
We put the dough on the counter. We spread it with a rolling pin until it forms a rectangle of approximately 50x4o centimeters.
We distribute the drained canned tuna, the chopped green olives and the peeled and chopped tomato on the surface of this extended dough. We add a little salt if we consider it necessary.
We roll the dough along one of the longest sides. We join the ends to form a crown. We put that crown on a baking tray that we will have previously covered with baking paper.
We paint the surface with the egg white and bake at 200º (preheated oven) for approximately 40 minutes.
